In Japan, Larive International closely cooperates with Japan Interim Management (JIM). The company was founded in 1992 by Mr. Enters. Mr. Enters has been living in Japan since 1973. JIM provides management services for start-ups and corporates.

Mr. Enters has served as managing director of Heineken Japan, Balzers Japan, Van Melle Japan, Canning Japan, Precision Fibre Optics Japan, Nmi Japan, Airpack Japan and Michael Weinig Japan. He is a director of the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce and is active as a committee member of the European Business Council. Mr. Enters works together with Mr. Mukoyama, former Director of marketing and advertising at Heineken Japan.
