Kees Beuving (born 1951) has a degree in business economics (EUR Rotterdam). Besides a break of 6 years working in the logistic sector, he has had a long career in the banking sector. Kees has worked from 1970 to 1973 for the AMRO Bank and from 1979 to 1992 for the ABN Bank (ABN AMRO Bank since 1990). From 1992 to 2006 he has worked for Fortis Bank Nederland (Holding) NV and its predecessors. From 1994 he has been in the Board of Directors of this company, of which he was CEO from 2002 to 1 October 2006.

Nowadays Kees holds a number of supervisory board and advisory positions. Furthermore he is member of the board of a number of social organizations. Kees is managing partner at Larive International. Furthermore he is managing partner of Larive Venturing.
