Wouter van Vliet

Wouter van Vliet (1977) received his master's degree in International Business from Maastricht University. Whilst living in Seattle, he first came in contact with emerging markets working at a high-tech firm.

Wouter joined Larive in 2007. He manages public and private projects, assists clients with market entry activities and develops the network of Larive International. Wouter is also responsible for FoodTechHolland, a three-year project in India involving 18+ Dutch companies from the food sector. The innovative cluster approach has proven highly successful in the Indian business context.

Wouter became shareholder at Larive International in 2011.

History

Larive owes its name to its founders.
As far back as 1975, the Larive family started with the creation of a network of offices, initially focused on Asia. In the beginning, companies were assisted whilst entering markets in countries as Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea.
