Lutèce BV is the market leader in Europe in processing a broad range of mushroom products.
Lutèce has requested Larive to provide practical market entry support in in selected markets in Asia. The aim was to define the optimal market entry strategy for each country and reduce the time and investment needed to open these markets for export from the production facilities in the Netherlands.
Deliverable 1: Identified a short-list of companies which qualify as a potential distributor for Lutèce in the selected countries.
Deliverable 2: Assisted Lutèce in deciding on the optimal entry strategy for the respective markets by organizing a guided visit program and introducing possible distributors, relevant retailers, food service providers, logistical companies and relevant decision makers.
In addition Larive provided Operational assistance, including import & product certification.
