The Netherlands’s embassy in Kigali is the Netherlands representation in Rwanda and invests in the development of the aquaculture sector. ICCO is a Dutch NGO and manages funds for the Dutch embassy.
Larive supported The Netherlands Embassy and ICCO (Dutch NGO) with a pre-investment feasibility study on fish feed production in Rwanda. The study consisted of the following components:
