Nico has over 15 years of experience in communication management and capacity building in large projects funded by International Finance Institutions He gained extended experience in the Dutch water sector as a communication manager and continued to work as an independent consultant in many international projects related to water, energy and sustainability e.g. in countries like Ukraine and Russia. In these projects he is involved in strategic communication, communication management, stakeholder management, and awareness raising. He developed communication plans for large projects and was involved in the implementation; conducting workshops and training programs.
