Background

Kuda brings expertise in business development, grants, fundraising, and data-driven market intelligence. At Larive, he supports sector studies and advisory work for companies and institutions entering emerging markets in East Africa and South-East Asia, alongside agri-food private sector assignments in Europe. Prior to joining Larive, he worked on assignments across Rwanda, Kenya, and Uganda, spanning grant management, fundraising, and SME advisory. He also co-founded a Kigali-based advisory firm supporting SME growth and investment readiness. Born in Zimbabwe and educated across East Africa and the Netherlands, Kuda combines regional grounding with a strong analytical approach.

• Maastricht University, School of Management: Master’s degree in Management (cum laude), with a thesis on trust, fairness, and cultural perceptions in Rwanda’s Tax Gamification Programme.
• African Leadership University (Kigali, Rwanda): Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (Hons), with a leadership core in entrepreneurship, project management, and data-driven decision-making.
