Danone and URC join forces in the Philippines (November, 2014)

Danone, the leading producer of fresh dairy products, water, early life nutrition and medical nutrition products has signed a Joint Venture agreement with Philippines based snacks and beverage giant Universal Robina Corporation (URC). The JV will manufacture beverages in the Philippines. Danone and URC will each hold 50-percent stake.

Larive was Danone’s adviser in the selection of partner URC and structuring of the partnership.
