The world is our area of operations and WUR opts for strategic important and industry-leading global partners on all continents.
`India is a booming economy and no longer an aid-country but a trade-country, in which WUR is present for a decade with all kind of projects and preferable with partners have also made strategic choices in the golden triangle (public, private cooperation).
In order to evolve business in and with India more strategically WUR has developed an India Strategy.
The development of the new India strategy is being thoroughly addressed and one of the steps that had to be taken was to confirm or adjust our findings and to elaborate the strategy into a more detailed plan. Therefore we need more specific and concrete information and validation of our own findings. WUR send out a Request for Proposals and after a though selection we have found in Larive the right partner to work with.
Marco Otte (Sr. Advisor Corporate Strategy & Accounts at WUR):
“Larive International and partner SannamS4 supported us in validating our Market analysis and above that, they delivered a sophisticated and very detailed plan for WUR to improve and facilitate doing business with and in India.
We were very pleased with the timeliness of the products to be delivered and the pleasant way in which Larive communicated with us about progress, issues that emerged and decisions that need to be made by us in the role of principal.”
